I can't give a date of when it'll be finished but if you want it badly before a specific date I can try to work on it.

Payment:
One we agreed on a price I'll ask half of the money upfront. I'll make a sketch of the picture to see if it fits, otherwise i'll do a max of 3 sketches total. If you're still not satisfied you can cancel the commission but, I'll keep the upfront(cause I would have done some work already). If you like it you'll be asked to pay the rest.

-Personnal Use: You won't have the right to create prints(or other merchandises) to sell or modifie the original without permission. You can make prints for personal use. For anything else permission is required.
